I've got everything installed but when I go to try to play it I go an error and it says "Steam must be running to play this game." Idea maybe it didn't install all the SKIDROW files correctly so I go to motion everything into the game's folder and most of the stuff gets copied over except the steam_api.dll which says I need permission even though I'm the Admin for my PC. Any help would exist welcomed and thank you for uploading this.

Okay, I installed this game and supercede all files with the cracks… But I discover something wrong.
The game goes dorsum to main menu everytime I select ane of the three terminal scenarios (including the 250s scenario).
Is there a way to set up that error?
Likewise, in my PC this game is slower than Nobunaga's Ambition. How strange.

I think I figured out why DLC scenarios aren't loaded properly.
They were within and (strangely) lacked proper noun and description. Skidrow must exist not properly configure the DLC in the steamapi.ini file. And so they're unreadable.
Please prepare this, Skidrow!

This game, despite 2 GB ram requirement, is still running slower in PCs with four+ GB ram.
Meliorate use only Nvidia or Radeon card during the play, and make sure that those cards has bigger VGA retentiveness too. 1 GB isn't plenty.

I followed the instructions and installed the game and added the scissure files, for some reason the steam_api.dll was ever having issues on copying then it never copied. I cannot seem to get the games working due to the fact they continue taking me to steam. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Its a crack application problem. If your crack is properly applied, you shouldn't have trouble running it.

Hi, Skidrow. Cheers so much for this game, I appreciate it. But in that location is a trouble, the game is so fine in main bill of fare, create officeholder, setting, game preparation. But it becomes so laggy (slow) when I kickoff to play the game (every bit a graphic symbol). How can I ready information technology? Cheers for the answer. I noticed you guys had already updated the latest version of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13 in 06072016. I'grand a chinese cracker and my team was forced to disbanded due to this game. The Koei Tecmo put a lot of pressure level on our team and we're no longer to crack their games. Nosotros practise appreciate about your squad'southward piece of work and it means a lot to u.s.. Still, the Power Up Kit will be released tomorrow and nosotros still cannot bear upon information technology. I've got everything installed but when I go to try to play it I go an error and it says "Steam must be running to play this game." Idea maybe it didn't install all the SKIDROW files correctly so I go to motion everything into the game's folder and most of the stuff gets copied over except the steam_api.dll which says I need permission even though I'm the Admin for my PC. Any help would exist welcomed and thank you for uploading this.

Okay, I installed this game and supercede all files with the cracks… But I discover something wrong.
The game goes dorsum to main menu everytime I select ane of the three terminal scenarios (including the 250s scenario).
Is there a way to set up that error?
Likewise, in my PC this game is slower than Nobunaga's Ambition. How strange.

– Guys carefully do not delete information technology soon If you lot had seen information technology before just choose the fourth button when u launch the game the panel ready to launch game we called "organization settings", at the beginning tab you must choose the drib down button then select the "English language " language choice and so enjoy yourself.

I think I figured out why DLC scenarios aren't loaded properly.
They were within and (strangely) lacked proper noun and description. Skidrow must exist not properly configure the DLC in the steamapi.ini file. And so they're unreadable.
Please prepare this, Skidrow!

This game, despite 2 GB ram requirement, is still running slower in PCs with four+ GB ram.
Meliorate use only Nvidia or Radeon card during the play, and make sure that those cards has bigger VGA retentiveness too. 1 GB isn't plenty.

I followed the instructions and installed the game and added the scissure files, for some reason the steam_api.dll was ever having issues on copying then it never copied. I cannot seem to get the games working due to the fact they continue taking me to steam. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Cheers so much for this game, I appreciate it.
But in that location is a trouble, the game is so fine in main bill of fare, create officeholder, setting, game preparation. But it becomes so laggy (slow) when I kickoff to play the game (every bit a graphic symbol).

I noticed you guys had already updated the latest version of the Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13 in 06072016. I'grand a chinese cracker and my team was forced to disbanded due to this game. i plant that cracked exe in some website, is information technology not much added like those full original primary scenario ? Example : in ori main scenario have 3 pages playable, but this only ii. but yea there is a sceneario similar when guan yu died.
